Our Mission

We are committed to protecting the rural character, environmental integrity, and quality of life of Harford County by opposing the development of data centers on Mountain Branch Golf Course and within “green-zoned” areas, including agricultural and residential communities.

We support responsible growth and appropriate technology infrastructure only in existing industrial, commercial, brownfield, or grayfield locations that preserve open space, natural resources, and the character of our neighborhoods for future generations.

Data Center Ban Passed at the County Council Meeting! The vote was 7-0.

Thank you everyone for your support. This was truly a community effort. It would not have happened without every person who spoke, emailed, showed up, talked to a neighbor, had a yard sign. Harford County truly is a special place we are so proud to call home.

Now we must stay informed, stay vigilant. Data Center proponents will probably take this fight to state lawmakers in Annapolis.

Your support is important

The proposed data center calls for over 14 miles of natural gas pipeline. How many properties - homes, parks, schools, businesses, and farms - will they dig up?

The pipeline would start in Jarrettsville, go through Fallston and end in Joppa.

This is how they propose to fuel the hyperscale data center at Mountain Branch. But we know the path will not be down the middle of the road, so the question is, whose property will it be going through?
